Garden design

Hello, I am going to create a garden for my for tenants. The house consists of 4 apartments and the tenants are single households, senior citizens. We are located in Sweden, in the northern part of Europe. My vision is a garden that is welcoming and encourages interaction between my tenants. A place to sit and relax, enjoy beautiful plants, and a possibility to grow your own vegetables. Paths need to be accessible by walker or wheelchair. Cultivation beds need to be raised to facilitate gardening for older people. I want to make use of both light and shadows, so perhaps a pergola. The garden must be easy to maintain. This is what I want you to do: 1. A set of professional sketches/drawings based on the vision for the garden and specific for my garden. 2. A list a of plants and colour schemes that fit good together. Ideally plants that work fine in our climate. Otherwise, specify properties such as colour, height etc. 3. A plan that my gardener can use when creating the garden. 4. A list of suggested furniture and other material that needs to be purchased. I need your professional help in elaborating my requirements. You need to drive the process and lead our communication so you get the answers you need to make a good job. 5. A bonus is if you could create visualizations of the garden from different angles 6. A bonus is if you could suggest how to work with lights, as in illuminating trees and bushes. I will supply all the photos, sketches and the measures you need. I wish that you deliver the drawings in PDF format as well as a format that is possible to edit. You must have the experience of designing gardens. I look forward to work with you.
