Hi, I read your project brief. You mentioned that the website refreshes numbers in the table periodically which I believe would be done using AJAX. For scraping AJAX based websites I use PhantomJS which is a headless WebKit based web browser. It's called headless because it has no interface. It is controlled programmatically.
