Small fix to SPFx react webpart that lists quick links

I downloaded a React webpart from github that allows users to display quick links on the page. The problem is that the webpart orders the links alphabetically. All I need is a new input column/field where the user can enter a number (e.g. 01 or 01.01 etc) to enable custom ordering of the links so they are listed from smaller to bigger - see my mock-up attached.
