Full Stack Developer with flexibility to work both back/front ends. Design will always be provided in bootstrap. Experienced in Working/creating on backend CMS. Must be able to comprehend concepts quickly in order to progress project quickly. Time matters, so no delays! These are the main things you need to know regarding this position: Mongo, Spec, SQL/NoSQL, Solr, Jasmine, Capybara or Teaspoon are a plus. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Chef, Capistrano. Building and consuming RESTful interfaces and API’s. You will be working on a team of senior developers hence, you need to know that if you are in the learning process please do not apply because it will be a waste of time. If you are in a range of above 70% expert then, please apply. Also, when you are working with the team do not consider it as competition because you will be part of this same team one day. So, everyone you will be talking to is a regular staff which was just like you a few years ago. We do not need you to come in this team to teach/brag, we just need you to come in and finish whatever projects/tasks you are assigned. Our team is perfectly solid with ROR we just need a new member to get some of the overload off our staff. At the beginning you will be working alone with our project manager and after the testing period + one/two projects will be successfully completed then, you will be working on a team level. We are doing that in order for us to make sure you are capable to follow up with the team's speed. Multiple individuals will be hired for this post and only 2 will be kept to continue working with us. The right candidate will have a secure working environment for a very long time. Once, you will be tested on a few projects (1 or 2) then you will be given a monthly salary offer. Test + 1or2 projects will be all part of a fixed price, not hourly.
