Look for an experienced python/django/javascript developer to develop a responsive (mobile) web app for patients management system for doctor. There are 2 parts. The first part has admin/statistics/map sections. The second part involves area selection on map and batch-send wechat/SMS messages to all patients within the area. It would be helpful if you know any of these 3rd party libraries & APIs: -django app ImportExport -Baidu Map API -ChartJS -wechat API -SMS API In your proposal, please state if you can do any of the parts or both, and cost breakdown and time estimation for each milestone. Please read the attached spec before bidding. Write "summer palace" in your proposal so I know you have read this far. Patient model: Id, name, age, sex, address, profession, phone, anaphylaxis, first_visit_date, symptom, diagnosis Part 1 1. Admin section 1.1 Localization, filter, sorting, search, date drilldown 1.2 Import/Export patients Excel document to/from sqlite or mysql database 2. Statistics Pie/bar graph for sex, age, address, date, disease, doctor 3. Map Display patients markers on map Part 2 1. Add additional contact information (WeChat, mobile phone#) to patient model. 2.
