Need VA for Recruitment of Coders

I am getting a lot of projects and its getting hard for me to spend time looking and talking to coders for those projects. So I would like to focus full time on getting projects and let an assistant deal with the recruitment process. I am looking for a USA-based virtual assistant who could help me recruit coders for my ever increasing projects. I will give detailed instructions on how to recruit the coders. Recruitment doesn't require any interview process or voice/video chat. It will only involve posting ads or projects online and letting coders contact you, and then communicating with them to make sure that they understand the project requirements and if they are fine with the budget. You will get paid per project after its delivered and client makes payments. The payments on each project will be of the form: Fixed price + (Expected budget - Coder's price) * percent ratio So for example, if one project has an expected budget of $1000 and coder actually charges only $600, and your fixed price is $100, and the percent ratio is 10% then your income from that project will be: 100+(1000-600)*0.1=$140. Each of these values will depend on the margin between expected budget and the client's total budget. I get about 15-20 projects per week from various sources. So you can make a lot of money every month. :) IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind, I am not looking for companies or contractors who already have coders and teams. I am looking for individuals who will follow the exact steps that I will mention in order to recruit the coders, and not outsource the projects to your own coders.
