Let me see if I understand your requirements: You are aiming to create a site map (a list of all valid paths within the domain of the website) by adding a JavaScript script (that will run on the web browser) on all pages of the subdomain? I have one possible approach for this. Query all anchor elements (<a>) and look at their "href" attribute. If it's relative, it's certainly within the domain, so we at that "href" to the sitemap list. If it's not, we ignore the "href" and move on.
