Create SVG morph animation

I need code created that animates a wave based on multiple (svg) vector shapes. Something like here in the footer: [login to view URL] It has to be a vector shape that is animated - not a pixel graphic! When you're done I want to be able to replace the coordinates of your vector shaped wave with any other coordinates and the shapes morph from one shape to another. So I can also morph from any shape to any other shape as long as they use the same number of coordinate points. In addition I need to be able to scale this to any width (e.g. 100% browser width) and the height adjusts automatically, as I need it to be used as background animation behind some text and images. You don't need it to implement in any project. Just send me a blank html file with css, Javascript or what is required.
