Basic Google Sheets Script to Email Spreadsheet when change is made

I've got a google sheet I want a script to send active cells on a tab whenever the values change I've created a basic version of the spreadsheet here. [login to view URL] So the tab "SH in 5 days" is automatically populated from the data in Sheet2. The data in "SH in 5 days" will always be formulas so the code needs detect formula outputs rather than pure cell values. As the date progresses, more data will appear or be deleted from this tab. What I basically want is the code to use in google scripts to email an html table of the whole table. If the table is blank then send nothing (if A1 = 1 send the email, if A1 = "" send nothing). I am happy to set up the trigger if you can write the code. Any more questions please ask
