Video Steganography Tool

I need to build a Video stenography tool using Java and which takes the user input as the video file and a message file which can be anything and should be encoded into video frames and password has to be used to encrypt the message as well to choose the frames. Decode of the video file has to be done too. has to use opencv or xuggler as the API
