I am an expert at drools. I have been working with it for over 2 years. I can do the whole setup and get it running in an hour. Let me know, what you want and I can do everything on it. I can also show you how to run Guvnor on tomcat, through which you can use the web guided editor, which makes life easy for a business user. Drools is the best rules engine available in the market and is widely used, so you can easily get developers if you want. I can also write the java code to integrate with guvnor and show you how powerful the rule engine really is ! Just, one more thing, to add. Hi, I am a java expert with 12 years of programming experience. I have so far been working with a software company in Bangalore. I am now staring towards freelancing. I have worked on JRules in around 2005, but honestly not worked on Openrules or drools. But, I am excited and interested about them as with any other aspect of advanced java. I will need time, about 1 week per software, and in that time I can understand it myself and then help you as you mentioned in project description. If you are in a rush, you can consider giving me only one software at half the bid price.
