Very small business web site needs a technical makeover. Would like some ajax, RSS feeds, scrolling ticker with headlines or stock quotes, calendar, a content management system, a database driven content engine. The current site has static content, corporate logo and FrontPage templates laced together. The screen resolution changes from browser to browser which does not look professional. Needed is a highly professional modern web design with a finance theme (should not look like an off-the-shelf template). Require a login for customers and a way to control which content is seen by customers/groups. Ease of navigation, ease of administration, ease of content control are all key. Site is currently on a MSWindows server but we are open to Linux platform and OpenSource apps like Joomla and Typo.
