Phonegap Multiplataform Aplication

We are looking for a professional programer to improve a phonegap aplication to deploy to this smartphones: Blackberry, iOs, Android and windows phone. The app is almost completed. We need to develop this modules: - The application must keep running in the background of every device. - The application must call a default phone number by pressing a button in the app. The number is store inside a javascript var.
