ADOBE FILLABLE STAMP

I have two custom Adobe stamps that I have created for use in Adobe Pro 9. I would like to be able to select these stamps and enter information for each of the fields shown on the stamp for placement on to a .pdf document. Here are the specifics for the other fields on each stamp: Blue Stamp [all data centered in field] P.O. # = 9 number field Job # = 9 number field Task # = 4 character alphanumeric field G/L Account # = 6 number field Date = mm/dd/yyyy [Defaults to current date with ability to override]. Red Stamp [all data centered in field] P.O. # = 9 number field Job # = 9 number field Task # = separate check box for each of 5 fields Date = mm/dd/yyyy [Defaults to current date with ability to override]. Will pay 100% of entire project upon receipt and testing of stamps on a .pdf document. Many more stamps will be needed in the near future.
