customize google play menu jquery

I need to create a menu like google play. When you select a category (in different colors) the category container shifts towards the top menu category. Then it loads the sub category. In order to go back to main category, you hover to the left of the menu and the main category slides out for you to change again. I need the logo to be fixed on the top header menu selection (please see image). I need the hover to left (perhaps a arrow bar) to be fixed length as the menu. The sub-categories will vary in length due to amount of content. [login to view URL]
