I need an App Developer for a video streaming fitness app (i.e. the Netflix of Fitness)

REVEL is an online fitness provider. See website: www.revelfitnessgroup.com. We need to build an iOS and Android app to serve our customers. We want to build an app that resembles the Variis app, the Nike Training App, the Peloton App and has a bit of a Netflix feel to it. We want to be able to create challenges, show achievements, create community, use gamification, and include some recommendation engines that predict what you might like next. We've completed a discovery workshop and see the attached document for the app specifications.
