We want to create an app, that allow the user to take a picture. then, this picture is analyzed by the app and the app presents the photo of the actor that looks more like the user´s photo, with a % of match. The app, should have a pictures database of actors, and is able to analyze the photo of the user and present the foto of the actor that looks more like them. We have this reference from client about the technology to use, but if you also find we can develop this app with different technology is ok.
