I have an app that is the #30 Arcade Game in the Russian App Store. Currently 90% of downloads are in Russia, 10% are in Brazil. I would like to expand to other markets. Please tell me what market you think would be easiest to target first. I would like to spend a small budget to commission you to market to that region. If I see good results, then we can continue working together so you can help the app expand to more countries. I would like to target small markets where we have a chance of getting on the Top Charts. Please let me know your top 3 tactics you would like to use.
