need 100 backlinks PR1+ for my new website

The project is for 100 PR1+, HIGH QUALITY, Permanent, RELATED backlinks. GUIDELINES: - 6 Keywords to be ranked on [login to view URL] - Google Panda & Penguin compliant. IMPORTANT !! - links MUST be on PAGES with PR4+, not a domain of PR4+. - Only White hat SEO - Manual entries only. - All links must be from sites related to our online store. - Max outgoing links from page = 30 - No article directories, web rings, or link directories. - No link farms, no link-exchange programs, no banned sites by Google, no illegal/scam/spam sites. - Report needs to be submitted before payment with links, anchor text, Page PR value, etc. - Every link needs to be guaranteed for at least 6 months.
