Photography Marketing Assistant

We would like to work with a marketing consultant establishing a strategy on how to best promote 360° panorama photography services in our geographic region. a) based on sole competence of photography b) based on an internet platform where 360 photographers can publish their 360° works and use that platform as a cloud service for hosting the information AND eventually as local directory service (similar google) Required: A roadmap with plan of attack required. Our region: Luxembourg / Europe thx for your bid's. Past experience or @ least experience in panorama photography required.
