Residential Landscape Architect

I am looking for a skilled and experienced landscape architect to design the landscape for my large (more than 1/2 acre) residential property. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern landscape design styles and a strong understanding of creating beautiful gardens. Key requirements for this project include: - Designing a modern landscape that complements the overall aesthetic of the property - Creating a stunning garden that incorporates a variety of plants, flowers, and trees. - Ensuring the landscape design is functional and practical for outdoor activities and relaxation - Knowledge of different plant species, growing zones, and their maintenance requirements - Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly landscaping practices - The ability to create detailed plans and renderings for the proposed landscape design - Ability to log in to my nursery website to determine available plants. - Ability to produce a budget based on several designs - Ability to design an efficient irrigation system for this property The landscape plan will incorporate approx. 0.6 of an acre. Areas will be a mix of planting beds, lawn, meadows, fruit trees, vegetable gardens, and other specialty areas. Use existing plants and trees located and identified via interview with the owner and pictures offered. Deliverables to include the landscape plan, hardscape plan, irrigation plan, plant detail, budget, and renderings.
