Design this house plan.

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a contemporary house plan with 5+ bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms. Here are the project details: Design Style: - To be as in the blueprints with some modifications. Modifications are here. - Where the garage is there will be a bedroom and bathroom connected, Laundry room, hallway, Boot coat room, and one other bed room, the bathroom entrance will be in the hall way. there will be a windows in the bedrooms that are vertical, 3 foot by 5 foot, at total of 3 per bedroom. the bedrooms entrance will enter into the hallway, where the Original Laundry room and bedroom bedroom 3 is there will be in its place a Media room Library and where there is bedroom 2 there will be a office... Living room modification There will be a fire place that is between the living room and dining room. There will be a extension where the garage is like in the drawing, although please note that the garage will be at ground level and there will be steps leading up to the entrance way to the house. Please note elevations of the house, the basement will be a total of 10 foot in height, and will follow the layout of the living area and not include the garage, the basement will be 5 feet above elevation of ground and 5 feet below elevation of garage. The basement will have not walls but be left open. The main living area will start at 5 feet above ground level. Color Palette: - The client has a specific color palette in mind. Skills and Experience: - Experienced in contemporary house design. - Proficient in creating house plans with 5+ bedrooms and 3+ bathrooms. - Familiarity with the client's preferred color palette. Please provide examples of your previous work in contemporary house design when submitting a proposal. We will require a cad file of the project, we will not require any color renders only a basic sketch of the house although the material should be like in the photo for the exterior. Please see the main level plan for the modifications to the elevation. and please note that the garage will be at ground level, you will have to have stairs to the main level that starts at 5 foot, there will be a door from the garage to the main level, please see the photos, Please note again that the garage will be at ground level, the basement will be the same area as main level excluding the basement, the elevation of basement will be 5 foot below ground level and foot above ground level, the main level will start at 5 foot above ground level and sit on the basement, All walls are to be 10 foot in height on the main level.
