Convert Bitmap Image to Laser Cut- ready Adobe Illustror file

Hi there! I'm working on a personal project and I need help in transforming a bitmap image into a vector file. The vector file should be prepared for laser cutting it onto wood or metacrylic materials. It should have two layers: 1) The external cut itself. This should be combined with the inner black areas of the cercle. 2) An less profound layer that is not meant to cut the material, drawing all the elements inside the circle. The laser will be cutting through the vector line, and it should be 0,001 mm (COLOR 100% RED RGB) I've got more images I should transform into vector, so more to come if the work is good! :)
