Chalet Map Illustrations

I need some illustrations of ski resorts(6 to be precise) to illustrate where our companies chalets are located. Scale isn't necessarily important but it is important that the illustrations are crisp and reminiscent of 1950s hand painted ski adverts. Think watercolour and ink. This is relatively high end product. There will be six illustrations required. Source material is unfortunately of pretty poor quality so there might be some google/apple maps and photo researching to be done as part of it. Essentially the final maps need to be high quality, polished, and accurate in the sense of the correct buildings in the correct places, rough scale in terms of showing distance to lifts etc. Attached are two files one poor quality existing map, and one map in the style of what we're after. We're not looking for something as detailed as this, with ski runs etc. think the content from the first map, in the more basic version of the second higher quality image.
