Node.js Utility App - Storing API JSON data

This is a full stack project. I am looking for a Node.js developer to create a utility app that will store data in JSON format from a series of 3 APIs. There is a total of 1 web page app UI, 5 JSON output files and 1 log file in CSV format. Full specs are attached. On the front end, a simple [login to view URL] one-page app will present the control flow necessary to achieve the outcome. Full specs are attached. Security Requirements: - This app will run on a DEV machine only and will not be deployed - No specific security requirements are needed for the app or for stored data. Data Storage Method: - The app should use JSON as the data storage method. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in Node.js - Experience in working with JSON data storage - Experience in API integration and data retrieval - Experience in light weight [login to view URL] front end interfaces - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code within the specified time frame Time frame and Terms: - You must have English proficiency and an existing Node.js portfolio. - Time frame TBD. You will begin with a DEV api-key and a blank node.js project using VSCode. - You will specify the bid amount in hours and dollars. I will determine the winner after I have a chance to review your portfolio, evaluate the bids, and do follow-up interviews. Then I will choose a winner. - I am offering a three phased payment of 30%, 40%, and the final 30% upon project completion. The first phase will pay out after enough of the UI is developed and when 2 API calls reliably and correctly persist JSON response output. The second phase payout will occur when the main loop is finished for the 3rd API, the logging, and TRY/CATCH and error handling. The final payment is for logging, error recovery (on resume) and project wrap-up...including commented code and ZIP file with the project source code and artifacts. I am in California Pacific Time zone. The code base must run successfully on my development laptop before the final funds are released.
