Scrape a Website

Scrape [login to view URL] recursively. Create folder structure and corresponding CSV files for all product listing tables in each of the links in the column Market Center Details. The final folder/file structure should look something like this: /Stocks/North America/ArcaEdge (ARCAEDGE).csv /Stocks/North America/Bats BYX (BYX).csv ... Each of the CSV files should look something like: IB Symbol, Product Description, Symbol, Currency TDCB, THIRD CENTURY BANCORP, TDCB, USD ... Note that there can be multiple pages within each product listing category (some have thousands of listings). I would need all of them in the same CSV file, not just the first page. You can ignore the selection on the left hand side in each product category. The default choice is the correct one and only that one is required, e.g. in the case of /Stocks/North America/ArcaEdge (ARCAEDGE) this would be "Stocks". "ETFs" can be ignored as they are picked up in the ETF tab anyways.
