Fix reposnive design

First of all I would like to point out that I do not want offers for a complete redesign or major changes. The customer is perfectly happy with the design as it is and it just needs fixing and some touch ups - that's all! A freelancer designed a web site, but he couldn't finish the design properly, so I'm looking for somebody to just finish the design and do some fixes to it: 1. The design has problems when viewing in 640x360, 768x1024, 800x1280, 980x1280 resolutions. That needs to be fixed. 2. The css & html need some tide up, espcially the css and it is quite messy at the moment. 3. The top slider's pagination buttons do not work 4. The video gallery needs a bit of touch up to look better, as it is supposed to be the main accent of the web site. 5. The menu html code needs simplying, as it is currently using UL, LI, DIV, it doesn't need to use DIVs at all and not so many classes - just make it simpler. Also the menu has problems at some resolutions the menu text overlap with the next menu. 6. In the html the usage of H1, H2, H3, etc. is not done correctly. 7. The analysis & comments title is not designed properly as it is supposed to be a title for the articles below, but it is currently not attached to the articles below and kind of hangs over it. 8. Once all fixes are complete I would like you to prepare one inner page as well, that will hold the actual content, meaning everything except the header and the footer goes away and there should be a container with proper css rules that can hold images, articles, videos, etc.
