I have two newsletter layouts. I want code these up to html (including inline CSS) that can be copied in newsletter programs such as Mail Chimp. Keep the code clean and easy since we will have to update it from time to time; therefore it needs to be easy to work with. My budget is $20 and deadline is 1 day. I have PSD files and i will supply to interested bidder.
