Haskell simple agenda with file association

I want a guy to develop a simple Haskell app. It should be running on WinGHCI. All commands can be accessed directly from prompt. I want a few functions: add the owner's agenda name, add the name of the event, event details and the event date on Agenda(to file). Also, I need to modify an event and after that to save it, to delete an event or to delete all events. All information will be stored in a simple .txt file. I can offer about 10 dollars. Thank you.
