Your problem seems very easy and its a binary classification problem. though i have no experience in AWS , But i can create a most accurate model in jupyternotebook and deliever you the .ipynb file in 1- 2 day max. All you need to do is provide me data of these columns and i will do all processes like checking duplicate values, dealing with null values, hyperparameter tuning, ROC curve as well, checking the outliers and skewness, etc.
