Zillow API to Create New Podio Item

Do one of 2 things. Either create a new Podio item whenever there is a new Zillow listing for sale or for rent in a given area (DFW Texas) then have the fields update as the Zillow listing updates. So they might need to be calculation fields. Or once a bew Podio item is created in a Zillow app have that app call oit and grab the info about that property ans pull into the Podio item then if possible update the item if the Zillow item updates.
