Require a Responsive site template written in PHP, MySQL and Bootstrap/HTML5/CSS3. It should use MVC.(If using Specific framework/CMS - let me know which framework and benefits of using that framework in the quotation). Wordpress please excuse. Require Login based on User Table and Role table. The system should allow User Registration, Forgotten Password/Password reset, Social Login(Facebook/Google/Linkedin/Twitter) at the minimum). I need the ability to turn off Social Login in the backend if necessary. If logging on via Social the system must ask user for E-mail if not provided by OAuth provider. I need a header, SIte Logo, and configurable menu options so I can add pages easily. To add additional pages the template/menu should be clearly defined in Code. The responsive site template should be designed and work on Mobile Phones and other standard screen sizes including IPad. Company Logo and theme colors will be provided. if User Role="admin" then require access to Backend Table maintenance page menu option in the header . Given a table/view name in MySql the system should allow editing the table. The table should be presented in a paginated view. Other roles="user" & dummy roles for now. This project is intended to be a stepping stone to additional work - Part II if everything goes satisfactory!
