A Risk Management Application is Required to be built for Startups and SMEs to better manage their business risks. Essentially what's required is to build some tools for SMEs to logon and complete themselves to under stand risk position. I'm a Risk Manager by trade so understand technical aspects from a business point of view. I have a details Work Requirements document that I can share with preferred suppliers. Looking to build an initial version to test out concept (yet need to be built to a desirable level). Open to ideas in terms of technical programming languages required. Designing to be kept to a minimum and have a clean sleek look. Thanks
