redesign virtuemart template for phone parts webshop

We have a virtuemart 3 template and want somebody to make it ready to use as webshop for selling phone parts on-line. Means all example data , banner etc has to be replaced with nice looking graphics and also data added for location etc So when ready main thing for us to do is adding products and install the payment options images must be optimized for fast loading of course, and template stay adaptive also google page-speed is very important for us, so use of sprites and optimised images is a must template colours can be easily changed, so we can use it on multiple URL later with different colours and logo [login to view URL] is the template we are going to use
