Packaging Artwork Creation

We have developed a brand and overall product look and feel; we now need this design to be carried through on the following items: - Label for Tin (22cm x 5cm) - Instruction Leaflet (15cm x 14cm but folded twice so front is 5cm x 14cm) - Sticker for kit inside tin - 6cm x 10cm - Register on website flyer 5cm x 14cm. This is a cutting edge clean design, only the best designer will get the job so please only post if you have clean high quality work in a portfolio to show. We will supply all images and I have a rough EPS layerd layout for the tin label allready. It is essential that this is done in illustrator or Indesign.
