I need some Graphic Design

Retail label for an egological, unique, tea-like product. It will be sold to a progressive, alternative, socially and environmentally-conscious demographic in the US. Im am not sure of the label size but I estimate it will be about 8x10cm. The front tag will be very graphic and have basic information, while the back will have detailed product and company information. I want it to be provokative, attractive, earthy, organic-looking, but still draw attention and be appealing to an artistic market segment. Attached is my first attempt. I am open to new ideas but want to to include the elements of the donkey/banana tree logo and show and image of a coffee tree with cherries. I am also willing to see new ideas for the logo. If the designer has knowledge of what markings and elements must be included on a retail package that would also be helpful. Etiqueta para un producto ecológico, distinto, similar a té. Será vendido a un segmento demográfico progresista, alternativa, bohemia, socialmente y medioambientalmente consciente en los EEUU. Aun no estoy seguro del tamaño exacto de la etiqueta pero será más o menos 8 por 10 centímetros. La cara frente será muy gráfica con información básica, y la cara atrás tendrá la información detallada del producto y de la empresa. Quiero que la etiqueta sea provocativa, atraída, orgánica con elementos de la naturaleza, pero aun así llamar atención y ser atractivo a un mercado artístico y bohemio. Anexo esta mi primer intento. Estoy abierto a nuevas ideas pero quiero incluir los elementos del burro y plátano porque es el logo de la empresa, y mostrar un imagen de la mata de café con cerezas, como ese es el producto. También estoy abierto a nuevas ideas de la marca/logo. Si el diseñador sabe algo de los reglamentos de los elementos que hay que incluir en etiquetas para vender en tiendas sería útil también.
