Improve the design & layout of the first issue of our newsletter

We have a newsletter project that we need completed by 10AM New York tomorrow (Thursday, Feb. 5). The newsletter is written, but we need someone with design skills to make the document look attractive and hopefully make it fit the general look & feel of our existing marketing materials (I have attached 3 PDF samples of existing materials). We need to receive a completed, print-ready file for the newsletter by 10AM New York time tomorrow (Thursday, Feb. 5). However, we need to see the draft file before 10AM so that we have time to send feedback regarding any required changes. Additional points: 1. There is a graph on page 3 of the newsletter that needs to be recreated. The resolution of the graph is too poor and the lines are not dark enough to be legible. 2. Feel free to use graphics from the 3 attached sample PDF files in the newsletter, or any graphics from our website: [login to view URL] 3. For the finished newsletter, we need to receive a high-res PDF and the source file (example: Adobe InDesign or a similar tool). 4. The 3rd-party article that appears on page 4 of the newsletter is also attached as a Word document (file name: Article for Page 4 of newsletter - New Product Available to Help Newborn [login to view URL]). The image of the article that currently appears in the newsletter should not be used (it is low res and contains typos).
