Flat Icon Redesign in consistent brand style

I'm currently seeking an experienced graphics designer with proven expertise in iconography and flat design. The task entails reshaping about 45 vector icons to have a uniform appearance that resonates with my brand's identity. Key requirements: • Use of minimalist flat design methodology evolving the existing suite of vector icons to have the same look and feel across the full suite. • Incorporate my brand green #15CBAD in the form of a speed stripe on the gear, or a component of the vector that focuses on the gear such as a board, sail, mask, kite, etc. preferably not the person. see the examples attached where I’ve coloured a few components to have the green. • Where possible, update the icon to incorporate the person doing the activity, vs just the gear by itself. E.g. the skateboarding icon is just the board, but it may be better with some legs on the board to make it look like it’s part of the set. • Output SVGs optimised for web and able to change the stripe colour separately. • Clean up the vectors to not have components filled with white, that should be transparent, they need to be masked. Some vectors were created with ChatGPT and converted to a vector-based image, the files has some bad anchor points that should be tidied up e.g. see the Hot Air Ballooning icon • Please balance the size and space between the icons and frame to be consistent across the full set I have attached a sample of the icons to the brief as well as a pdf with detailed examples of some of the issues i'd like to be addressed. I will provide the full suite of SVG icons to edit when the job is accepted. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a strong grasp of incorporating brand aesthetics into designs and have experience / a portfolio of designing vectors for web visualization and use. Past work on icon design projects will be required. I’m an experienced marketer who has worked with designers my whole career, I respect the creative process and will stick to very specific and objective feedback in the agreed amount of feedback rounds so we can create an amazing set of icons.
