I have a WordPress template which I want to purchase and need to have some customization so as to fit my need. This is for an online digital media company with simple layout. The template which I want to purchase have several sections which I don't require, thus need rearrangements (removal/addition of some sections) may need. I have design in PowerPoint and this theme is very much closer to the one I need. Firstly I want the designer to decide whether the theme will be appropriate for them to customize. I will show the benchmark URLs. My expectation from the designer is that by the end of the project I should have a perfect design with all the necessary components for the proper functioning of the website (which may include SEO tags etc.). Need only template design but no development.
