Creative Website template needed

Hi Guys, Looking for creative website template for a mobile and website development company, If you have any website template that you have used in your previous work please show them, if i like that i will purchase it from you. It can be HTML5 templare or Wordpress template. (it can be either template monster template or themeforest template) I need complete source files and other related files of the design, and if it wordpress i want you to install that in my server and provide any source related to that. Please give list of good and creative templates you have. No Customization needed, just i need the template, if i like your template, i will escrow the funds and you can send the source files and after verifying the files i will release the payment and we can close the project.
