Create a 1.3" x 6" jar label with Illustrator or Photoshop in layered format.

I am looking for a designer who can create a 1.3" x 6" jar label using Illustrator or Photoshop. The label will be created as per sample attached. Specific requirements: - Use either Illustrator or Photoshop to create the label in a layered format. - Incorporate specific images or graphics provided by me. - The color scheme for the label is open to suggestions. Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in Illustrator or Photoshop. - Experience in creating labels or packaging designs. - Ability to work with minimalistic and modern design styles. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with layered files. The label on top for The Hemp Doctor will be referred to as label 1. The label on the bottom for Avaloo will be referred to as label 2. 1. The overall dimensions and layout format will be the same as that of label 1. This should include the disclaimer at the left side of the label, space for the QR code, icons for social media underneath the QR code, the 3 rows of text next to the QR code, Brand name, and all else as far as text and layout is concerned. 2. The background coloring should be similar to label 2 in that the bottom should be colored one color such as green in this example and gradient to black as it goes up like in label 2 (I would like for it to be done in a way that as there will be a few products and each will have a different color that if we change the background color to blue for example, the gradient to black shall always remain regardless of what the bottom color is changed to. 3. The font and font color should be the same as label 2 which is white with the same font as label 2 for all with the exception of the brand name. 4. The brand name for this product is The Hemp Father. The text for the brand should be large such as in label 2 and the font should be that of The Godfather movie title (also attached an image of the font). Instead of having the hand over the name, I want for it to have a simple but nice smoke effect above the brand name The Hemp Father. 5. The final label shall be sent in layered format so we can make adjustments to text, background color, etc.
