Build a Website -- 2

Project Scope: This project will inform people whether aspects of a public building are ADA compliant. Also, it will tell the user if a building is compliant when the user inputs the address or building ID. Most people do not know about the ADA laws and some new buildings do not comply with the laws. This website will simplify the process of knowing the laws and quickly see which buildings are compliant. The website will be written in PHP and all of the information will be stored in a MySQL database. Deliverables: The website will have a form for people to fill out and see if certain aspects of a building are ADA compliant. There will be another similar form that requires the building address to populate the building database. Also, it will have a search function to see which buildings are compliant in an area. To summarize, there will be 4 forms: 1 A more complex form that Aziz started which will then be redirected to a html5test.com-esque page that shows the user the overall score of the building and a breakdown of the building of what's good/bad along with a score. The scores will be saved to a database by either address or college ID and building name/number. It can be overwitten if the scores change 2 Two search forms that: 1. Enter a zip code and find out if there are any ADA compliant buildings in that area by overall score. 2. Enter a specific address, and show the html5test-esque page 3 A form that includes all the measurement fields in form #1 but with textfields and have it say "Yes, it is ADA compliant!" or "No, it's not ADA compliant. Make it X longer/wider. The score for the htlml5test-esque page will be calculated by what the ADA thinks is a priority.
