All forms must work 3. Font on forms do not match other text please match 4. Download and Upload of Documents on the forms of each page is not working properly all needs to be working properly, validated and of course push to Admin side of site with all docs and info uploaded 5. I’d like a call back from a Funding Expert (Optional) Should only show call back if checked and the call back or the upload must be selected User either have to request call back or fill docs or BOTH but not None 6. make sure all ages under in attached doc use exact same style like our other pages and port them font styles! 7.
