Fireworks to Magento 1.5 template

A new theme of an existing Magento webshop (1.5) needs to be build and installed. I can provide three screenshots from a Fireworks file, homepage product item and productlist. The rest of the pages must be made in the same CSS style. The final result must be pixel perfect. CSS and W3C compliant. 100% compliant with all modern browsers.
