finsh design for ipad program , expected 400 hours of work

Hello, I need a dedicated designer to help finalizing plans for an Ipad app I am working on. I have a working version of my program posted currently on the app store. check: [login to view URL] also I made videos explaining the program [login to view URL] this version of the program is intended for testing and it is free currently. ================== if you install the program and watch the videos you will notice that the program is very large in its current version. I am planning to enlarge and add many more functions to the program. I am estimating that the final version might be at least ten times of what is there now. ==================== what I am looking for is : - a designer who will work with me online for 8 hours per day for 25 days per month. that will add up to 400 hours for two months. - the designer need to be available during my local time ( from 4:00 am until 11:00 am Dubai time) - the designer should prove ability by making a short mockup of the old version of the program , which I have mentioned above. : that will be at least ten pages or more of the old version of QMP. the more pages you do the easier you make it for me to make a decision. - the designer should suggest the best program to do the mockups. better if you suggest two programs that you recommend for the best results. if you decide that using normal powerpoint slides is easier we can discuss that. - the designer should have good command of English as we are going to discuss the new designs verbally using skype as we work together on the design. - the designer is recommended to have general knowledge of the Arabic language. or at least knowledge about complicated fonts and scripts. - the designer can send some of his/her previous works and samples of designs. ================ Most important factor for hiring : if you can demonstrate your full understanding of the methods and functions of my old version of the app . or suggest some of the improvement that can be done you will get the job. thank you for considering working with me.
