t-shirt designs

i would like some good graphic designers to put together some designs for t-shirts for me, i will give broad definitions to creative artists with good drawing ability. i need people with good communication skills, i am very easy going and just want good work, there will be alot of flexibility for the right candidates. i will require a large amount of pictures over the next 12 months, i prefer to work with the same team throughout the whole process will be paying picture by picture
