Green NRG Limited, is a Hong Kong-based solutions provider that wishes to create marketing materials to promote a new solution, which will appeal to businesses that require daily usage of air-conditioning systems. Customers will vary in their level of sophistication, but material should enhance credibility but not appear too technical (ie this is a “green” solutions business, not an engineering company). Materials needed for this toolkit include: A. Leaflet for advertising and circulation to local restaurants, cafes, office buildings B. Informative brochure to provide prospects with background info about the product, its benefits, use around the world, and our company Requirements: 1. All materials should be produced to the client’s satisfaction along with a copy translated into Chinese (traditional characters), including 3rd party validation of the translation. 2. Completed artwork and materials must be marked-up and printer-ready in electronic versions as requested, (AI, JPG, GIF, etc). 3. Printer ready versions should include print guides, measurements in mm, and Pantone colour numbers. Brand image and audience We are a “green” solutions provider. We aim to provide customers with practical solutions that address daily environmental issues. The solution we are currently launching requires the replacement of air-conditioning refrigerant in a wide-range of businesses from small cafes to large office buildings. The solution we are promoting not only helps businesses save money by lowering energy costs, but also has eco-friendly attributes. The marketing concept should be developed on the premise that this solution is energy saving and eco-friendly. The image and style of the layouts should emphasize efficiency for the business owners and a “green”, clean & refreshing style/atmosphere. It must appeal to business owners/managers whose are concerned with lowering expenses. Show them that we have a great solution developed to help them. It’s tropical climate results in the heavy reliance on air-conditioners, especially during the hot (high-30C) and humid (95-98%) summer months. Generally, businesses will use air-conditioning year-round, with a heavier reliance on cooling during the nine months after the wintertime.
