Designing 1 book cover & formatting 4 books for publishing

Hi Freelancers, We require a graphic designer to design one book cover and format four 150 page Math books content into final publishing format. This job is 95% formatting and 5% creative design. Book cover design would be same for all the four books as it is a series (Mostly solid color background. Title on top. Author name on bottom. Image in center). All the guidelines and specifications, including spine width, font, colour, etc. will be discussed. You will submit the two files to us in PDF format. The graphic designer should be willing to accept feedback if we require any changes to the cover or inside the book prior to submission of the final file. After submission of the final output it’ll take about 4 days to process the last milestone payment as we’ll need to verify by proofreading/printing that you followed all the formatting requirements. You will be requested to sign non-disclosure form as all discussions/emails regarding the book are confidential. You will not be entitled to any copyright rights, royalties, claim or privileges to the book. You will release total and complete rights to the book, images and illustrations. We want original illustrations only. No work that has been previously published or illustrations that have previously been used or clip-art. We MUST be able to see a sample of your work prior to accepting your bid. Please include samples of your previous work in your bid or direct us towards an online portfolio. We have a handful of titles coming out this year. If we like your work and your price, we will hire you again. Thanks for your interest.
