We are looking for an original logo design (No stock photos or logo factory designs) for a clothing company. The logo will consist of a two word company name with an anchor, sailor wheel or other nautical item as well as a cartoon character of a sailor. The character can be inspired by popeye but must not resemble him. The character must be wearing a sailor outfit and can include accessories such as a pipe or other creative ideas. The character must not be too infantile as it is not intended for children. This project has some direction to it but we are relying on the creativity of the designer to assist in the overall look. Once a designer is selected then we will provide examples of logos, website and current logos that can be used as inspiration. You must have a portfolio available and character design experience. We are looking for a logo for $50-$100. There is an opportunity for future projects if we are pleased with the work.
