Need artist to create one-of-a-kind, custom shoe designs

The What: I am in the process of starting a small company that will make shoe-themed gifts; for example, a travel mug that would depict a highly stylish shoe design with a message and a complementary background. I have the basic theme messages but am looking to work with an artist who would assist me with translating my ideas into dynamic "pieces of art". Ideally, the artist will be an "outside-of-the-box" thinker who may be interested in fashion and/or believe they will enjoy creating fun, trendy, unique shoe designs. An example of an image I found online is attached; this is just an example of the shoe detail I am looking for; the commissioned work would include a shoe, background, and a message. The What-Not: Since some of target audience for these gifts may be teenagers, inappropriate language, alcoholic beverages, etc. are not to be a part of design concepts. Actual people or feet will not be featured as part of the design. The Who: Looking for a digital artist who: 1) will enjoy creating unusual, non-traditional shoes 2) can create a hand-drawn look and then convert the design into a digital image 3) is a visionary who is very familiar with Illustrator and able to create vector-based images (ultimate goal is to be able to enlarge the image without diminishing the quality).
